You may know that we have started a procedure whereby right after we finish a webinar, those who have attended can get in touch with – Professo0r Urs E. Gattiker – and talk about some challenge, problem or issue they are trying to solve regarding social media usage, strategy and metrics.

This is an exclusive offer for webinar participants. Professor Urs E. Gattiker  is standing by for your call for 30 minutes after the closing of the webinar.

You can do this in either of two ways:

===> via Google Talk (Voice over IP – similar to Skype)

To do this using Google Talk:

    a) Please get yourself an e-mail account on Gmail or Googlemail.
    b) Download Google Talk (YES it also works for Apple computers, we use it) http://www.google.com/talk/
    c) Once Google Talk is installed on your PC, please click on Add button in Google Talk and enter commetrics.voip.support@gmail.com

This will add the ComMetrics’ account to your phone/chat list so you can connect with Professor Urs E. Gattiker.

Yes, you can talk with Urs about ANY SOCIAL MEDIA ISSUE that you are trying to tackle right now and he will try to help you find the best answers for you.
